This page is a general-purpose starting template, not legal advice. Please review and adapt it to your own business, providers, and applicable law before relying on it.
1Introduction
Welcome to APIEX.CLOUD. We provide a gateway that lets you access multiple AI providers through a single account, API key, and wallet. Protecting the information you share with us is important to us, and this policy describes our practices in plain language.
By creating an account or otherwise using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
2Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Account information — name, email address, password (stored hashed), and profile details you choose to provide.
Usage data — API requests, request counts, timestamps, and status codes needed to operate the gateway, enforce rate limits, and show you your own usage logs.
Wallet & transaction data — balances, top-ups, and charges associated with your account.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically for security and troubleshooting.
Communications — messages you send us through the contact form or support channels.
3How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, maintain, and secure the gateway and your account.
Route your API requests to the appropriate upstream AI provider and return the response to you.
Calculate wallet balances, process payments, and prevent fraud or abuse.
Show you dashboards, usage logs, and other account features.
Respond to support requests and important account or service notices.
Improve reliability and performance of the service.
4Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your interface preferences (such as light/dark mode), and protect forms from abuse. We do not use cookies to sell your data to third parties.
5Third-party AI providers
To fulfill your API requests, the content you submit is forwarded to the upstream AI provider you selected (for example an AI model provider). Each provider processes that content under its own terms and privacy practices, which we encourage you to review. We do not control how upstream providers process content once it reaches them.
6Payments & wallet data
Wallet top-ups are processed through our payment provider(s). We store the resulting transaction records (amount, date, status) needed for your account history and accounting, but we do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.
7Data retention
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, accounting, or security purposes. You may request deletion of your account as described below.
8Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — such as password hashing, access controls, and rate limiting — to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe.
9Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below.
10Children's privacy
Our service is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone below the age required to enter into a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
