Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of APIEX.CLOUD. Please read them carefully before using our AI API gateway.

1Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using APIEX.CLOUD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2Description of service

We operate a gateway that provides unified, authenticated access to one or more third-party AI providers through a single API, wallet, and dashboard. We may add, change, or remove supported providers, models, or features at any time.

3Accounts & registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API keys, whether authorized by you or not.

4Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or the acceptable-use policy of an upstream AI provider.
  • Generate content that is illegal, infringing, or intended to harm others.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, wallet charges, or security controls.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the service without our prior written consent.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

5Wallet, billing & payments

Access to AI providers through the gateway is paid for from your wallet balance, which you top up in advance. Charges are deducted as you use the service. Except where required by law or stated otherwise, wallet top-ups are non-refundable.

6API usage & rate limits

We may apply rate limits, quotas, or throttling to protect the stability of the service for all users. We may suspend or delay requests that we reasonably believe are abusive, fraudulent, or a security risk.

7Intellectual property

The gateway, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is needed to use the service as intended. Ownership of content you submit or receive through an upstream AI provider is governed by that provider's own terms.

8Third-party AI providers

We route your requests to third-party AI providers on your behalf. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy, availability, or output of those providers. Your use of any AI-generated output is at your own risk and discretion.

9Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or if required to do so by law. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

10Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages resulting from upstream AI provider outages or output.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
